Carefully selected olives are harvested in the early harvest period and cold pressed olive oil is pressed at 23°C. During the production process, the olive oil is stored in chrome tanks that do not come into contact with air and light, and freshly filled upon order, offering a natural and healthy olive oil to your tables.
